Work Description: Needed base board, chair rail and crown molding installed in two rooms.
Comments: I feel the need to write and let you know about the service my family received from one of your installers, James.On Tuesday evening, he arrived at our home to do a visual inspection for estimate. We needed to have crown molding, and base-boards with quarter-round installed in our living and dining rooms, plus chair-rail in the dining room. He said he was available, today, Wednesday and promised to complete the job in a day.
You need to know, that we found James to be not only upfront and honest with us, he delivered, no, exceeded our expectations. His workmanship is well above standard. Our place looks great!!! We are overly-pleased with the job he did and will recommend your company, and specifically James, to our friends and family if they should ever feel the need for your services. What I found exceptional is the open communication he would initiate while preforming his work. My wife was working from home and he would ask her opinion with some ascetics, rather than do his own thing. He really made us feel involved.
James is a fine representative for your company and we thank you for sending us not only a very talented wood-worker, but just a nice guy in general.

Comments: James from All in One Renovations responded to the request for a job quote promptly, prepared a written estimate, and when contacted to do the work began the job in a timely manner. We were pleased with the quality of work, commitment to task, and all areas where work was completed were left in a very clean and orderly condition. We added a few additional tasks to the original job request and James accommodated us willingly and at a fair consideration. We would recommend him to others and not hesitate in using him again ourselves if the need arises.-
