Work Description: Replace the shower head, tub spout, and tub drain. Also replace the PVC pipes, which were not only old and leaking but too close to electrical wires. We did not know of this dangerous situation with the pipes and electrical wires until Mike pointed it out. He saved the day!
Comments: Mike is a great professional plumber. We've had three previous plumbers who could not match the excellent service he provides at a reasonable price.He assessed the situation with our bathtub fixtures and showed and explained exactly what needed to be done. He arrived the next day and did the installation. Because a gaping hole was left in the wall from his need to access wires, pipes, etc., he had a good suggestion. He promised to purchase a cover for the hole and he did. After we paint it the same color as our wall (it's white now and our wall is tan), it will blend in beautifully.
Mike replaced the fixtures with a well-known brand name, one that we can trust to last for a while. When we also asked him to return to make a minor adjustment to the water temperature, he did so with no problem. Therefore, we believe that he enjoys his work, is highly competent and knowledgeable, and cares about his clients and keeping them happy.
Mike is a one-of-a-kind plumber, so we'll definitely use his services again. We are two of his happy clients.
