Work Description: Inspection

Comments: Terrible experience, had Joshua come take a look at my water heater, he took one look and said it was a power surge and that got my home warranty request denied. In reality it was just the negative terminal on the thermostat not screwed down all the way and that was causing arcing. Im an aviation mechanic, not a plumber, and i spotted that as soon as i looked at it myself. By then Joshua had been gone for about 15 minutes so i called the dispatch and asked if Joshua could take a look because i believe he had made a mistake. Dispatch denied my request and told me the the technicians word is final. Second plumber that looked at it was able to identify and correctly diagnose the obvious issue where as All Hours Plumbing was not. Certainly glad i didnt give this company a dime. Dont waste your time.

Work Description: leak

Comments: I called my home warranty company on Thursday 09/17/2020 for a leak in my master bathtub. They dispatched a plumbing company called All Hours Emergency Plumbing. A plumber came to my home Friday and supposedly fixed the problem. Monday 09/21/2020 My reconstructing
company Kustoms came to my home to start repairing my home from a pipe leak that happened on 08/18/2020. I opened my garage door and there was no hole or crack in my ceiling. I left my home around noon to get lunch and got a video from Kustoms saying that the plumbing problem was not fix and that the overflow pipe to the master bathtub
was still leaking. I called All Emergency Plumbers and explained to them that the issue still needed to be fixed. They called my fiance and told him that a plumber will at the house later on that evening and would wait
for him to arrive at the home. I left my home around three in the afternoon. There still was no hole or crack in my ceiling. My Kustoms
team left at four in the evening. My fiance came home around five thirty in the evening waiting for a plumber to show up, However no one showed up to the home. He searched the home to make sure everything was fixed
and he found the hole and the crack in the garage in the ceiling. I called kustoms to ask if the plumber showed up and when they left. Kustoms confirmed that the plumber did show up around three thirty and they left at four. The plumber never called my fiance or myself to let us know he was there. He worked in my home unsupervised for forty minutes. The only thing he has to do was reseal the overflow pipe. My research says
that should only take fifteen minutes. Tuesday morning I went to my home and called All Hour Emergency Plumbing and they dispatched a Manager named Robert. I explained to him that his plumber, which I
found out the plumbers name was Derek, came into my home without notifying any of us of him being in the home and that he broke the ceiling in my garage. Robert proceeded to tell me that he didn't think his guy did it but that he would call him and ask. He asked Derek and Derek responded no. Robert told me well my guy didn't do it so its not our responsibility. I asked him to send me Derek's time stamp and he was in my home from three forty three to four twenty three. No one was home to supervise him. I have tried multiple times to call All Hours Emergency and emailed them to get their insurance information. They refuse to answer
any of my calls or emails. I hope they can resolve this asap I find it unfair that we didn't even get a call saying the plumber is there and now not only do I have to worry about my wedding on the third and making sure my house is brought together in time but now I have to worry about the damage in the garage I do not feel safe parking my vehicle in the garage. If they would just call me and speak to me we can get it settled and be done with it. But the refuse to give any information.

Work Description: AHS assigned to fix leaking bathtub fixtures

Comments: Do not hire this want-to-be plumbing business. Rude and unprofessional. The plumber opened my wall to fix tub fixture but did not know how to proceed, so he lied about it that this job is not covered by my warranty and later even said that I was the one that opened the wall up - a joke - I am disabled and not even capable of doing this. The staff lied and tried to cover for the tech but during the conversations they kept on contradicting each other. I hired another company today that fixed the issue under 45 minutes and it was covered by AHS. Check Better Business bureau before you hire them : they have a F rating !
