Work Description: Installed Natural Gas Heater and an HVAC
Comments: Terrible experience. Not sure how they remain in business.. Installed 3 different HVAC units and 2 out of them have problems that should be covered under warranty. Henry, the owner makes nothing but excuses and tries to blame other things that he is not responsible for, like a thermostat, not enough natural gas flow, or faulty circuit breakers He has left me without heat and AC at different times due to his negligence.. I finally caved and paid for another company to service the unit (that is under warranty by All Environmental) and he was able to diagnose the problem in 10 minutes.. This guy is a hack.. Stay away at all costs.. Cheaper is not better..Hauppauge NY

Work Description: Need a quote for repair or replace as the current central air conditioning is not working
Comments: This is one of the providers with good punctuality but of pooooooor service. Without letting me know of the quote or anything, the technician said that he has not come here for quote and need to be paid for the service, which I was ok with. Then, he filled the Freon in the unit and said there is a leak and the gas will last for about two seasons. When I mentioned why would I invest in something that is leaking without fixing it, he said he will give a guarantee for one season. The gas is all gone in just two days and the AC is back to NOT WORKING now. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR ANY CONSUMER.I WILL NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR WILL NOT EVEN SUGGEST THIS TO ANYONE AGAIN.

Work Description: Either repair or replace current CAC that leaked in the attic unit.
Comments: Spent several hours at the house, could not get a hold of owner, another employee changed the position of current unit and changed my thermostat. Then the entire power of unit went out. They got that working again. AC then leaked even more after whatever they did in the upstairs. I will never call them again,
