Work Description: The master valve on my air conditioner leaked all the Freon out. Steven came out and replaced it (difficult fix). 1 week later the second valve went bad and he came out and did all he could to put one last repair into the unit and we have cold air for the time being. He did not pressure us into a replacement, he gave the unit one last breath and educated us on the inner workings of the unit.
Comments: Very friendly and knowledgeable. Did not charge me labor on the second visit even though it was a totally different leak.-
