Work Description: Tree Removal/Trimming
Comments: Hired Stephen Brackenburg on Tuesday, to start on Wednesday, did not show because of rain, Was then to begin on Thursday, did not show. I had to call and call and call to get someone even to return my calls. When Stephen returjned my call he was rude and told me to take him to court. One of the workers (Stacy) showed up late on Friday afternoon and cut a few branches, a made a mess and left. No equipment, no truck, no chipper. Nothing except a ladder and a chain saw for 30 foot trees. This is now Sunday and have not seen or heard from them again. They took our money ( we paid upfront because he said he needed to rent some more equipment) no equipment rented, nothing but a runaround. When he left I asked the worker when he would be back and he said he did not know.-
