Work Description: Patio Addition/Roofing
Comments: All-Around Home Services was contracted to perform several tasks starting with replacing the shingles on my roof. The contractor(Carl Miller Jr) purchased and installed the wrong shingles and used the excuse that he doesn't do roofing and is not responsible. However he took my payment, ordered, and installed the wrong shingles. He was next supposed to add a covered patio and this turned into a catastrophe that he could not handle as well. They ran out of concrete in the middle of the job and were not able to get more. He left the mess in my yard for several weeks and I had to hire another contractor to demo and complete this job. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR.Highlands TX

Comments: Candice Baker came to the house to start work with two other men by the time they were finished I was practically hysterical. She had ruined my new Ring Video Camera doorbell next to front door because of power washing that I did not ask for and then she had taken it upon herself to paint places on the front door left brush strokes it is a mess. Then they tried to replace Ring Video with a cheaper version that mine when I showed her the box she then bought the proper replacement. She said they would replace the weather stripping that had been ruined with her paint job and paint the front door properly. I paid her thinking she was honest and would come back. Not only did she not come back she never returned my calls. Now I had to pay an Electronics installer to fix the new ring and that cost me $50.00 and now I will have to hire a painter to redo my front door and the weather stripping. Be careful she kept finding one thing after another and the bill was quite a bit higher than her written estimate. I tried to find website and it has been taken down.Spring TX

Comments: Contractor did not finish job. If he is going to fix a gas light, fix.it He left my wife telling her to go get some more mantels at ACE and light it herself. If he fixes gas lights, he needs to carry $2 mantels in his truck. I expected a complete job and did not get itTomball TX

Comments: The job was a hot mess. I had a permanent divider installed. The contractors showed up late everyday and the final project was horrible. The stain job was very lumpy and bumpy. You could see the nail holes and the wood around the nail holes wasn't smooth out. Where the wood joined you could see gaps. Some of the wood railing was bigger than the wood it was joined with. I had to totally sand the the whole project down, which was a big project, fill in the gaps with wood like compound and re-stain. I had to spend more money to make it look decent, because it is the biggest piece in my house.Hempstead TX
