Work Description: Removed old heat pump & installed new.

Comments: Entered a request through Networx in the evening for someone to look at the air conditioner and determine whether it needed to be repaired or replaced. Oscar responded within minutes.
All other candidates called me the following morning. I appreciated Oscar's quick response. Oscar kept me informed of his findings on the old unit. Very punctual.
