Work Description: rehang door, move refrig to garage, change filters, hang one picture, clean gutters, unassemble bed and assemble correctly, patch work on hooks and towel ranks that had been yanked down, etc

Comments: Mike was hired to do a punch sheet of small tasks in a three day period. He showed up erratically and one day not at all since his subcontractor (mike didnt do the work or stay on site) was in JAIL because he had an outstanding warrant. would have been nice to know! Mike did not complete the contract on time and became very irate after I asked him to sign a new contract since the new contract was in breach He became verbally threatening and told me he would sue us plaster our name around as failing to pay (I assured him if he did the work he would have been paid at the rate of the second contract which he declined to sign) etc etc....I am filing a complaint with the state currently NOT recommended for all of the reasons above and for the fact that he tried to get me to pay for his equipment rental
