Work Description: Various plumbing
Comments: I recently did subcontracting plumbing work for Al for about 3 weeks. The first week I worked for him he was very fair.The second week I worked for him he became much more demanding and unreasonable. He went from paying me the first week to promising to pay me once a week. Ive been doing plumbing 20 years and seen his type many times. They start out fair and rightouus. But it doesn't take long for them to lie and break their word.
By the third week he was making excuses why he didn't have the money to pay me for my weekly work I performed for him. Finally he made another excuse that a customer didn't pay him fif a so called phantom "mess" supposedly left at a job I finished weeks earlier. And Al refused to pay me my last 10 days of work because of a phantom "mess" left at a job site.
Be for warned if Al is willing to sell out an employee that lotalyl worked for him and took him at his word..... Then I would be very careful entering into any money arrangements with him. It says a lot about his character not to pay his employee a couple hundred dollars....
Everything I posted here is 100% accurate. I haven't heard from al since he stiffed me on my paycheck. However I assume he'll spin another excuse to mislead people....

Work Description: I have a boiler in basement. The pipe that carry steam has hole in it and leak steam or water out. Mr Al LeDonne gave me a very reasonable price. He cut the broken pipe out, replace it with a section of 4 feet long pipe. The job is very difficult and needs lots of stength to cut pipe out and crew new pipe in. They are big 2 " pipe. After work, he cleaned the work place. Everything looks good, no leak any more.
Comments: Mr Al LeDonne is very professional and warm hearted. He gets on the job very quickly and solved my problem immediately without longer wait. I will use him again.Euclid OH
