Work Description: The bid was for painting the interior of my new (old) house. There was also some dry wall work.
Comments: Though we ended going in another direction (diy) I was very impressed by the owner Allen's approach to the bid process - low pressure - and he seemed very knowledgable re: my questions. He is a full on contractor and I will definitely be keeping him in mind for future work.-
