Work Description: Snaked kitchen drain
Comments: Just tried out the services of All About Drains, met Mr. Rodney himself. Very courteous fellow, and professional!I needed my kitchen sink snaked. He was able to see me same day (later in the day, but still came, I had been dealing with a clogged sink for 3 days!).
He came in, with his trusty assistant Donovan, and checked things out quickly and professionally. He has an eye for this, with 20+ years as a plumber, he knows his way up and down all things plumbing!
I know, I grew up with two uncles that were plumbers. You'll have to trust me, All About Drains will be tough to beat!
Not only was he quick and thorough, but he didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need and would have caused more headaches down the line. And his prices beat those bigger named places by a mile. Experienced, Fast, Courteous, and reasonable rates! What else would you want?!?
Kudos to Mr. Buchanan, today he earned a new fan!

Work Description: Fixed leaky faucets in bathroom sink and tub.
Comments: The owner came in the evening w/ another worker a little later than scheduled but still came; I was their last job of a 12-hour day and I was so happy that they were still working and able to come. They finished the sink within 7-10 minutes and started on the tub which took a little longer; they were in and out in 30 minutes. I could see that the tub faucet handle cover could use some caulking but was too happy with the fixed leak to complain. I could take care of that. They brought the price down since I had 2 leaky faucets to fix--Yeah! Both were respectful, friendly, efficient, and effective. They also made recommendations for improvements when I was ready. Work Description: Removal of broken faucet stem from inside of shower pipe and replace with new.
Comments: All About Drains, LLC are simply the best plumber service I have ever used, and I have been forced to use a few very bad and costly plumbers in the past. I put in a request for plumbing help on an internet search yesterday evening, Friday at about 7 PM. Within minutes I received a call back from All About Drains (Rodney), and within an hour Gordon Fuller was at our door. Because of a broken internal shower part, stuck inside of a wall pipe, I had earlier shut the house water off, and we were in a real pickle. Gordon came in, evaluated the situation, with a lot of well-placed elbow grease and creative thinking, he fixed our problem. Bottom line he and his company delivered in an extremely timely manner, at a very reasonable cost, with professionalism and can-do attitude. GREAT JOB!!!!Glen Burnie MD

Comments: Responded within minutes of posting job request. Came out the same night. Replace toilet shut off valve, discovered and replace leaking tank bolts, made sure tank flushed consistently, and cleaned up after job was completed. Would recommend to all my friends and call again if needed.
