Work Description: French drains and sprinkler system

Comments: For starters, I was quoted 6 zone sprinkler system instead of 5 zones. They really try to be cheap. I didn't realize this until a month after the install, the pipes for French drain shows up on the surface. The sprinklers heads are not straight. Some are still broken and Ruben has managed to change his phone numbers to avoid my calls and the warranty work he promised. Steer clear from them, you be ripped off just like my and do not believe a word he says about warranty. Ruben will appear to seem smart and professional at his first approach. But when the job is done. He is done with you and his fake warranty work. At one time it took him 3 months to come back out and fix a sprinkler head.

Work Description: Built and replaced deck with added storage

Comments: Did not clean up properly. Mud is still on pool deck and mud foot prints on new deck.
