Comments: DO NOT HIRE THESE FOOLS MY PATIO IS RUINED HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE TO COME AND REMOVE AND REPAIR THE DAMAGE! THEY ARE CROOKS! TOOK THE MONEY AND DISAPPEARED! THEY AREN'T EVEN A REAL COMPANY! ONLY GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE IT IS REQUIREDStaten Island NY

Comments: TERRIBLE!!!! Do not hire these inexperienced CON MEN! when I applied for a contractor I got a call from John Ferrari he scheduled an appointment for an estimate right away. Their price was fair and they were available to do the work that week. Well that is where the nightmare begins. the patio is HORRIBLE! I HAVE CRACKS, DISCOLORATION AND PUDDLES THAT ARE AS BIG AS LAKES!! THE SURFACE IS BUMPY AND TERRIBLE! And sadly it gets worse from there, I have gotten the run around for weeks waiting for them to show up for scheduled repairs THAT NO ONE SHOWS UP FOR . and dozens of phone conversations with John and his sidekick Paul that were all nonsense. They blamed Richmond Ready Mix, claimed the concrete was bad. the crew they came with were busy drinking beer and not working fast enough to work the concrete properly. TOTALLY INEXPERIENCED CON MEN ! They refuse to refund my Money even though they have admitted that it's a terrible job. If anyone is considering using them for concrete contact me first. I'll send picture or you can come and see for yourself. I have had to hire a REAL concrete contractor to repair the mess. which will be yet another expense. I contacted my attorney and am in the process of suing for damages and repairs in Civil Court. Hopefully this review will spare anyone from using this Con man and his pretend company.-
