Comments: Alex called immediately and came out the same day to do a quote. We agreed on a work time that week. The day of he was 40 minutes past due and I texted and called. He finally responded that he had car trouble. I expressed concern that he was ok and asked if we should reschedule. He did not reply. I checked in again and he said he was at the mechanic and would call me in a minute. Over the next hour he did not call nor reply to a text simply asking him to confirm that we should reschedule or of he was still coming. I missed half a day of work. He never followed up and while I hope his car is ok, I also didn't believe him that there was car trouble. All he had to do was say yes, let's reschedule or no, I will be there in a few hours or whatever. I finally got so frustrated that I texted him that we would find someone else.Medway MA

Work Description: Trim and gutter damage/repair.
Comments: Showed up as scheduled for the estimate. The estimate was reasonable and I hired him. He cancelled the first appointment to do the work. Re-scheduled for a second try. He was a no call no show after I took the day off from work to be home while the repair was being done. I sent him a text a few days later to inquire about why he hadn't shown up. He replied that he was sick. Illness happens but there isn't any excuse for a no call no show.-
