Comments: PROMPT: As I was calling Al, he was trying to call me in response to my ServiceMagic inquiry... this was less than one minute after I had posted my request! HONEST: Al researched & verified that my water heater was still under full warranty. He said his only charge would be for labor, and his estimate was the final bill amount. Al even looked at and solved an unrelated problem we were having, and recommended a maintenance step to prevent future problems... and did so without additional charge. COURTEOUS: Al couldn't possibly be more friendly and professional. My experience was consistent with the dozens of other raters: Al is great!

Work Description: Al snaked my kitchen drain because of too many green beans in my garbage disposal. He replaced the drain pipes because of leakage and replaced the garbage disposal.

Work Description: checked to find out if pipe was leaking in the crawl space due to a leak in the toilet at my request. Found out it was a part in the toilet which he replaced at a very reasonable price. Toilet now works perfectly.

Work Description: Replaced two toilets.
Comments: Excellent person to work for you. He is punctional and responsible on the job. He called me within 2 minutes of my request for a bid and was clear about what he was going to do and the costs on my project. He is coming back to install a new dishwasher in two days. I plan to use him in the future.
