My name is Craig Hudson and I live in Laurelton, Queens. my house has a flat roof over the garage that had major water damage. I spoke with a number of contractors before I spoke with AL-ARSH. What impressed me about Al-ARSH, and was one of the reasons I decided to go with his firm, was the fact that he took the time to listen to my concerns before he explained to me how he was going to have the roof repaired. The second and most important reason why I went with this firm is the fact that Al-ARSH followed up his initial discussion with me with an email that included a detailed and itemized description of all the work he proposed and the cost of each item. The itemized proposal was professional prepared and gave me the confidence that not only could the company complete the job, it left me feeling the job would be professionally completed. The ultimate was when the grew completed the job in a timely manner while going above and beyond what was detailed in the proposal. I will have these guys and this firm come back to my house and complete all my home repairs that are beyond my skills.
