Comments: Very thorough in asking questions and gathering information about my expectations in a new HVAC system and the budget I wanted to work with. Other contractors rolled in chose their go to manufacturer, despite saying in advance they offer the systems that I was interested in. Air Clinic was not pushy, respected that I was looking for other estimates and did not hound me with calls. When I made my choice, they walked through the next steps and made sure all my questions about install where addressed. Not the lowest bid, but very competitive. Given the high standard they hold for their install teams (NATE Certified) and a thorough install check list process with follow up inspection not to mention coordinating all the required permits with the city, that "extra" spent verses the low bid with techs that were nothing more than drug tested and background check was worth the peace of mind. Not to mention, HVACs really are all about the install. You can put in a top of the line Trane, Lennox or Carrier in your home, but if the installers cut corners they will go bad just as easily as a budget product. Very happy with my decision and look forward to taking on the Texas summer with my new Heatpump.Richardson TX

Comments: I selected this contractor because his quote was thorough, and nearly equal in the lowest offered but mainly since they were sanctioned by my electric utility company who based its rebate on their work.
