Comments: We had a wonderful experience with Chris from Air Rescue! They gave us a window of 10-12 but he called and said he was available to come earlier which worked out perfectly! He diagnosed our issue quickly and walked us through the process step by step. He explained things in a way that people who know nothing about how A/C works could understand. Comments: In terms of service, this is as good as it gets! Called Emily on a Monday evening (during a massive heat-wave may I add) and received a call back in 1 hour. She was able to schedule Chris (the owner) to come by the next day. Chris was absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable and was able to do his magic on the AC unit which required a complete fan replacement. I'm not sure how he keeps up with his frantic yet efficient pace but within 30 minutes he got the new part fixed, installed, and the AC working again. Also, ask for their AC Technician, Matt, he is the best AC guy I've dealt with. Comments: My Home Warranty service lined up Air Rescue. My system was intermittently sounding like a playing card in the spokes of a bike. Sunny arrived at the beginning of the two hour window and quickly diagnosed the problem and went right to work. He explained what the issue was and did a good job of answering my questions. He got the system up and running, but the complete fix required a part he needed to order. He committed to a date to install the new part and he met that commitment. Comments: My 22 yr old AC unit (part of an existing HVAC system) needed to be replaced. After getting some estimates I chose JJ Heating and Air, for the price but also because they took the extra time during the quote phase to make sure that all connections to my existing heater would work with new AC unit.Joaquin and Jacob arrived right on time day of install (which had to be pushed back from orig date due to family emergency, JJ graciously accommodated the change). Everything went great; one glitch was a part was needed that no vendors seemed to have available. Joaquin kept checking multiple vendors until he found the part because he didn't want me to deal with no AC in 90° weather all weekend. I really appreciated his extra effort! All through the install they kept me aware of how things were progressing, and they also took care of a few minor things I asked for help with while they were already under the house. They were so helpful!
I'm now ensconced in my chilly house - for 22 yrs I had a weak AC and condenser, so the house was never ever cooler than 78° / 79° - now it's going down to 75 if I want it to, and so quickly!

Comments: I just moved to San Fran into a new apartment and turned on the heat since it was unseasonably chilly. The heater appeared to not be properly hooked up as the thermostat and the furnace wouldn't shut off once it reached its target temperature. So my apartment quickly became an oven - either it would be 99 degrees or I'd have to have the heat off. One morning the extreme heat triggered the carbon monoxide detector to go off.I reached out to various heating repair companies and most had answering machines with recordings saying they were too busy to accept new customers at this time of year. Air Flow Pros returned my call despite it being "busy season" and scheduled time for Rudy to come out asap. They sent me an email the day before to confirm the appointment which made me feel comfortable they wouldn't be a no show.
Rudy was very professional, quickly diagnosed the issue and even fixed all the wiring on the spot. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain the issues (he said the wires connecting to the thermostat weren't hooked up properly) and reassure me that the carbon monoxide detector wouldn't be going off anymore. He also pointed out various code violations and instructed me to address them with my landlord for safety concerns. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Comments: After reviewing few companies I finally decided to choose Air Rescue for my new furnace and air conditioner. Their price is very competitive. Ray came to look at the old system. He is very knowledgeable and advises me what I should get.After I accept the quote, they set the date for installation which is two days later.They were pretty fast forward.They even have a link to check their location before they come which I rarely see from other companies. One plus for that.The two technicians Jose and Hugo did the job.Even though the weather was 100 degrees but that didn't slow them at all. They were very attentive and neat. They answered all the questions with a nice and happy manner.
I'm pleased and highly recommend Air Rescue HVAC.

Chris gave us a great quote for the job, and when he showed up (right on time) on the appointed morning, he was super-friendly. He was able to quickly remove the AC units from their windows, and then we walked them over to the new place. The re-installation was a piece of cake, and he actually threw in some extra touches, like lining the windows, that the original installers hadn't done. Even though he was in demand and couldn't come for several days, he helped us over the phone as best as he could. Then in and out, fixing everything, but also willing to stay to do more than he had to -- we didn't have the manual for the fancy thermostats when we moved in, so we couldn't set the timers properly, and he gave us a step by step set of instructions.
