Work Description: Replaced outside AC unit
Comments: Found this company on Facebook contacted them and bought an outside unit from them for a good price but it was supposed to come with a 20-year warranty they do not back up their warranty they say that they do but I cannot get them out here cannot get them to return my calls or messages on Facebook so I thought I would leave them a review upon researching their reviews I found a review left from Ricky h in Campbell Texas giving them five stars I did not leave that review I'm very dissatisfied with the service that I've got so far I wish that I could post pictures on here to show everybody the soldering job they did on my lines going to my outside unit now I have to pay another AC company to come out and re-solder the lines and install a piece on my outside unit that is missing that should have been there all of this should be under warranty through them but they will not contact me so I'm leaving this reviewanybody that researches them that wants to buy something from them I'm not saying the product I got from them as bad it's not it was the install pay somebody else to install it they do have good prices on buying stuff but the work that I got was not good quality and I do not appreciate them using my name to write reviews and give themselves five stars which they do not deserve the only thing I'm happy with from them is the price I paid for the unit but I would not have bought it had I known that the warranty means absolutely nothing-
