Comments: My Carrier was on its last breath - if I literally beat on the outside unit when turned on, it would start and SLOWLY cool my home. In Texas whn the average day was still reaching the upper 90’s that was “an emergency”. I spent a day doing “job interviews” and would have hired any of the installers who came, but chose Air Care Today as they were the only Carrier installer, and after a lot of investigation we elected to put one back into our home. The install team was courteous, clean, prompt, and competent. I am very pleased with the whole process. Price was more than I liked, but seemed to be comparable for the type of equipment we chose to install. The Air Care Today sales rep worked hard to find credits and get the price equitable, and working through financing was an easy process.Fort Worth TX

Comments: Left a large hole in the floor, hooked up wrong and had to come back to fix. Put unit between fence and house. Blocked part of the yard, owner couldn't get to the whole yard to mow. Have yet to show them how to change the filter or fix the hole in in the floor. We are the parents of the owner of the house.McKinney TX

Comments: The technicians arrived on time, removed old existing AC system, replaced with new AC unit, furnace (air-handler), and Sensi thermostat, etc. They helped me setup my smartphone for the Sensi; the techs also answered any questions I had. We are now relieved of the worry will this be the year it goes.We got a good system for a fair price. They also provided portable units until the installation could be done. My A/C and Furnace was installed on the 19th and noticed problems immediately, Reached out to Air Care Today's Corp Office and NO ONE has replied.
