Work Description: Demolition and removal of a concrete spa pool
Comments: Alex and his crew tackled an extremely challenging removal of an above-ground spa pool that was leaking and could not be repaired. It was built on top of a slab over a parking garage of our condo complex in Pasadena. There was a need to proceed carefully to preserve the integrity of the slab. Alex was such a great person to work with. He was easy to communicate with and very clear in his projections of what to expect and when the work would start and finish. It took most of 9 days but was very carefully done. The condo Board was very happy with the quality of the work and the manner in which is was carried out.
