Work Description: HVAC with a low leak was serviced as follows: Existing R22 was removed. The system was then pressurized with Nitrogen to 220 psi and verified that the pressure held for 10 to 20 mins. The system was then evacuated and verified that it held vacuum by first isolating the lines and the evaporator coil. A repeat test was performed to ascertain that the vacuum held for the entire system. The system was statically charged with 10lbs of R22 initially to establish operating pressures, with the lo pressure at or slightly below 65 psi A/C Easy seal was added. The system was further charged to add a total of 14lbs and 5oz of R22 to optimize cooling. The return air to supply air differential established was 16 deg F. The system was run for a minimum of 1.5 hours to distribute the sealant throughout. Schraeder valves were seen leaking and are to be replaced as also add insulation around the evaporator coil casing.
