Comments: I am very disappointed with Mr. Brown. He gave me a quote and did not follow through with the project. He did not communicate with me though I made several attempts to contact him. He cost money to the tune of $2000 that I don't expect to recover and put my project back at least 2 weeks. Very disappointed.

Comments: the actual work appears to be great with one exception. There is a spot that collects water and water cannot sit on concrete for long periods of time so it has to be pushed away. Did not come to remove forms or broken concrete as promised. I suppose he still could but if I do not here from him today, I will have to do it myself. Comments: Luther Brown is a very nice person, punctual etc. , however, due to faulty equipment, the job was less than desirable. The job was to remove the top coating on my pool deck in preparation for a new surface. His rented grinder did not work so he used a hand grinder. Some areas on the surface were not touched. This was unnoticed until the dust was removed after he left. It seems I'll have to get someone with better equipment to do the job properly.Montgomery AL
