From the first call to explain that I had raccoons tearing up my newly planted garden I was met with understanding and kindness. Rene came out and carefully explained the entire process, answered all my questions with patience. He was extremely professional and made me feel confident I made the right choice. We've trapped 3 so fast and each time they were out in a timely manner and were gentle with raccoon in the trap. I really appreciate their humane approach. Comments: Renee and his employees worked efficiently and thoroughly. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and even built a new framed screen for one entry point.
