Comments: I could not raise my garage door either remotely or manually. Dale from Advanced Garage Door called me very soon after he received notification of my request. He stopped by and confirmed it was a broken spring. He did a temporary fix until the correct replacements were obtained. He and another worker called to set up a time. They arrived when promised and replaced the springs in no time. Cleaned up great and most importantly very courteous.Beverly Hills FL

Comments: Dale from Advanced was great. He and only him gave me a price right when he called. I said "you got the job" as he was 1/3 what the others quoted and Angi showed. He called before coming, did a very nice neat job and explained somethings about Genie vs Chamberlain. The cham has a battery backup, both are belt drives and you program the remote to the car not the opener. I bought both at the Home Depot $99 sale last week. We have 2 garages. The guy in HD told me to get the 3 way universal remote that way I can use the same remote for both openers plus it was $25 vs $45 for the cham and $39 for the Genie only ones.Dunnellon FL
