Comments: My deck had become dangerous with rotten wood and lower tier of stairs broken off. It was not usable. Cynthia from Adrian Super Painting contacted me the same day I requested quotes. This was Friday. We arranged for Esteban to come out Saturday morning to give me a free quote. He arrived promptly and we discussed the project. By later that day I had a fair and reasonable quote. We agreed and Esteban said he would be able to start that Monday! He arrived Monday with his crew promptly at 7:00 am and got to work. The project was finished Tuesday by 12:30 including applying sealant. The entire deck and two tier staircase was secured and all wood replaced. Not a small deck, about 18 by 12 with 10 steps up to a landing and then 5 more steps as the deck is about 10 feet off the ground. I am delighted with my new safe, secure deck. I would recommend Esteban for any project. Adrian Varela Super Painting is not just for painting! My thanks to Esteban and his entire crew and staff.Tampa FL

Work Description: Popcorn Ceiling Removal, Texturing and Painting
Comments: Esteban completed his work one day late which was not a problem. I would rate the removal of the popcorn and application of the orange peel texture as acceptable. The paint job was a little light in places. I suspect that the paint was stretched as witnessed by the empty can left behind. Esteban left a ceiling fan dirty and not properly reassembled. Other light fixtures were left with over-spray. A shelf unit was removed and left for me to reassemble. The popcorn that was removed was left in large quantities in the bath tub and around the sliding glass doors. The counters were evidently wiped with a dirty rag and left for me to clean as well. Esteban also left my garage floor and driveway and sidewalk littered with drywall waste. The price was reasonable, but was not worth my cleanup time. My wife and I spent 6 hours there yesterday cleaning up the drywall waste and our job is not yet completed. Lighting fixtures and fans will have to be removed for cleaning. The floors will have to be scraped and vacuumed and moped. Overall: I am completely disgusted with this so-called pro, and I cannot recommend him.
