Work Description: drain clean out, repair hose bibs, repair several toilets.
Comments: One of our toilets had a plant grow up throught the concrete slab, penetrate the wax seal ring and proceed to grow down the sewer pipe. The amazing thing is this plant grew to become an increible 12' long, fully 3" thick fiberous snake!Steven did a truely amazing job to remove this monster!

Comments: Steven came over just to give me an estimate, while he was there I mentioned a leak in the garage, he quickly said he could fix it on the spot for XXX dollars, I agreed and he promptly did the work. Upon finishing he tested my water pressure and found I was more than double what I should be. He said I needed a valve replaced, he called got a price for the part and fixed that s well on the spot. He was very through and made us feel like all was under control. We will definitely use him when we start the project he originally came to estimate.San Diego CA

Work Description: This was the replacement of an old waterheater which had failed late at night.
Comments: Steven responded bye-mail that nite and asked that I call him in the morn. When I did, he reaaranged his schedules to get a man there as soon as possible. He came, with all that was needed to complete the job. It was not easy, but Liam assured me that everyting was under control. He was terrific and so was Adept. They will be my plumber of choice in the future. You can recommend these folks without fear anytime .Thanks to Steven and Liam .

Comments: Since I am in another state, all communication with the technician was by telephone. Mr. Smith performed the work to my satisfaction, and was honest to tell me that the faucet did not have to be repaired. I appreciate this because he could have easily taken advantage of the situation. He is a credit and of great value to his company Adept Plumbing.

Work Description: Steven had to cut a hole in the neighboring condo's wall and access the pipe that fed our hot water to all our faucets, showers and washer and replace a copper pipe that hadn't been correctly installed to begin with.
Comments: Steven was on time, fast, neat and polite.We will definitely use him again.
