Work Description: The two people sent to work on the project were competent and polite. They did a fine job and the hot water heater they installed ultimately worked well.
Comments: Initially, the installation caused some problems due to the age of my boiler. They did not have 24 hour service as my calls in the evening went unanswered. However, they came the next day and fixed the problem of some leaking from the boiler. I would hire them again.Providence RI

Work Description: Inspection and cleaining of gas forced hot air furnace.
Comments: Richard was very prompt and professional. He is very knowledgable about furnaces and took his time to explain important facts to me. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend him.
