Comments: This man, Fred has ruined my life. It's been almost 5 years since he began. He has taken advantage of me because I am old and disabled. My brother has a TBI. I have begged him to finish. He has no heart. So, he may think he can file bankruptcy but he pierced his corporation's veil . I can attach to him directly. Are u listening Fred?

Comments: I would like to end this with a positive review. It has been contracted since Sept 9. To date, my 2 car garage is lacking a roof, siding and garage door. It has been paid, unfortunately 80%. Fred Bell not returning calls, not sending materials and appearing to have flown the coop.UPDATE:
It took this review to get any response out of Fred. We tried to get him to deliver the materials and pay us to complete the job. He said he would run the numbers and as I've stated, we never heard from him again.
We got our roofing completed in one day out of our own pockets last Friday. We had the materials ordered and delivered yesterday out of our own pockets.
Fred Bell texted my husband and said he had spoken with a lawyer and has figured out a way to get out of the contract. This man speaks sideways out of his mouth.
I encourage you to use him IF you stay on the job to monitor the work and make sure he is not using your advances to pay last months bills instead of your trades.

Work Description: kitchen cabinets addition, fireplace, ect
Comments: I would not recommend this contractor. Worst mistake I have made. Terrible communication between clients wants and what was told to the carpenter. Job delayed almost two weeks. Contractor became rude and threatened to put a lien on my property if I did not pay the balance, because I said I wanted him to finish drywalling the area hehad worked on. As is he never finished putting up the microwave he moved. He did not supply the hardware or install them on the new cabinets.. He was nice at first then became more belligerent as the job went along. He did not remove the debris from the demolition of an area of the home. He installed my cooktop as a favor, but his assistant never plugged my oven back in so I do not have a working oven and I will need to have someone come and remove my oven and plug it in. He has stopped answering my calls to send his assistant to address this. I would give this company a 0 stars, but there is no such option.

Work Description: Remodel to Accommodate a Disability
Comments: We are wholehearted upset with the deceptive acts, lack of communication, work delays, weather excuses and how there is a lack of empathy for the terms and details relating to the elderly consumer needs. We have photos of how debris is left on the property, change orders, and refusal to address the modifications as discussed even after receiving 75% down payment.

Comments: I would not recommend this co. to anyone. for several reasons:1. almost 2 months to complete the job. 2. Did not pull permits as promised. We are dealing with the city to get permits after the fact. 3. They will leave the job site a mess for days before cleanup. They are not to be trusted. PLEASE BEWARE!
