Comments: Luis Pantaleon and his team are the best at bedbugs hence it being why that's all that they treat and have lots of knowledge on the topic. My grandmother ended up having a outbreak and we called several different companies, but Ace Bedbug Exterminating was the most informative and most comfortable choice for my grandmother that the job would get done no problem and made her feel at ease. Luis did an apprehend treatment at her house and got the job done no problem. Her house was pretty crowded so In order to get a successful job we had to move a lot of stuff which she ended up needing a 2nd treatment because we didn't move it around first time. No with no issues Luis came back as promised and completed the task. Ace Bedbug Exterminating does have a warranty they go by just in case a few stay alive but honestly my grandmothers house being so crowded is only why the first attempt didn't work. A lot of the companies we called didn't have a warranty and you would have to pay the full amount again if the first didn't do the job. Thank God that wasn't the case. Luis and the Ace Bedbug Exterminating team are very professional, kind and Luis is definitely confident in what he does and promises GREAT SERVICE. I wouldn't recommend no where else to get your home back in order and those annoying pest out. If I could give them a 10 start I would. Thank you again ABE for doing an amazing job!

I did some more research and found that they also had a great 5-star rating on Google reviews and decided to give them a call. The appointment was scheduled for the same day, which was amazing. After using them today, I understand why they are so highly rated. Adrian, the service specialist, was punctual and very professional. He walked me through the process and put my mind at ease with some concerns I had. He wore his face mask the entire time and automatically put his boot covers on before entering my home (as I requested). He took the utmost care when servicing my home. If you want a friendly and very reasonably priced bedbug service, give Ace Bedbug Exterminating a call.

They used apprehend and gave me a 6 month warranty with their service. All of their service specialist had a commercial pest control license, which gave me great confidence in their work. Comments: First of all, let me start by stating what an awesome company this is. I did my homework and shopped around, not only did they have the best prices, but they were very friendly as well. Luis, the owner showed up on time very friendly and courteous and knowledgeable, made a great first impression. It's rare nowadays to find good companies, this is definitely one of those. I definitely recommend them. Did I mention I called them on a Sunday at 11pm and they actually answered and had me all scheduled and set? Yep:) 10/10 any day!

Comments: I was contacted by Luis at Ace from a lead I submitted on Porch. Luis was prompt in getting back to me showed up the next day on time and gave me the honest recommendation that I didn’t have a bed bug issue. He could have easily said there was a problem b/c I showed him what might have been bed bug egg casings but his assessment was genuine and honest - wouldn’t take a tip and left one of those lasting impressions of a good honest soul that wouldn’t get over on someone - never met him till today but will always recommend him !!
