Comments: We had this company, Auddie Cooper, come to our house and talked with my husband about sealing and filling in cracks on our existing asphalt and to pour and create a new drive to a carport on our property. driveway. The workmanship was horrible . Cracks he repaired were cracking again within days and the new asphalt looked horrible. We contacted him immediately on 10/6 to let him know we weren’t happy with it. He was very apologetic and said he would come back and redo the new asphalt and refill cracks. We’ve had 5-6 times scheduled since 10/6 and everytime he’s cancelled for some reason. He cashes your check immediately (same day) so you have no recourse. Shady shady shady! Do not use this company or Auddie Cooper.La Grange TX

Work Description: Patchwork along the edges of my driveway, as well as seal coat on top
Comments: Charge me $4500 for patchwork along the edge of my driveway and sprayed a sealer on top guaranteeing me four years with no washing, chipping or disintegrating. Cashed my check immediately after I gave it to him. Within five days the patchwork on the edges started fragmenting and disintegrating. I called him to come look at it. He came and looked sad. We will redo it, and now has stopped responding to messages or phone calls. He promises a warranty to get you to pay a higher price and this work will not hold up at allTaylor TX

Comments: There paving Equipment broke down every day, so they ended up using a bobcat to lay asphalt. there sealing rig was clogging every few minutes. so they Slammed it into the Driveway creating potholes. there sealer didn't Seal or bind the asphalt so it all unraveled. cannot get them to come back and finish driveway is worse then then was before. unwilling to show up to fix or refund money so i can re hire a professional to fix this mess.Do not ever use them unless you want to be robbed.

Comments: "Ace Asphalt" installed a chip seal driveway for us in 2018. It was falling apart in less than a year's time. Huge potholes within the first month and it took weeks to harden. They said we would not have any loose rocks yet I can pick them up by the handful to this day (what hasn't washed away with the rains; waste of materials). They get stuck in our shoes constantly. They included a "1 year warranty" and never showed up to fix anything within that year. No matter how many times we called. We paid $12,500.00 for this horrible work, and about a year following, were notified by Redtail Equipment that they plan to file a lien on our property. They said Ace Asphalt and Audie Cooper returned their equipment but never paid them. Come to find out they are well known for scamming people in this area. They lie to make the sale, then you'll never hear from them again. Since then they've changed their name to "American Pride Asphalt Paving & Sealcoating" - Do not hire these frauds unless you want to get ripped off and pay for a driveway twice.-
