Comments: I dont like or read or write reviews unless theyre outstanding and around here trust me it is rare.Where I am from customa’ is 👑 king! And that is how I felt, my concerns went away as he and his staff continued to help me thru the process and they did not have to at all.
He had just been hit by a car and he still managed to show to give me a price.
We chose Mike with Accurate Builders of the Chesapeake (hope this name is correct) because of his understanding of the job and his price.
We literally prayed for a good help and we got excellent help with Mike and his workers.
His price was good. His job was great. I educate myself on any jobs needing to be done and he used the pvc not that cheap black garbage and he filled with gravel.
The other contractor who had to follow behind Mike to do a different job said he never refers customers to other contractors but he will refer Mike to others.
We had so many contractors give us ridiculous quotes due to the large size of our home. A few contractors gave a better quote to my neighbor for the same size job but their home is half the size and their price was half ours again tho the job was the same size so we were sick over this and to even know some will case out your house and size online before coming because they will tell you wow you got a big home sure well come out BUT NOT MIKE NOT HIS STAFF. One contractor gave a great price over the phone after seeing pics of the area and doubled it in person, I asked what changed. He laughed and said I didnt tell him I had a big home. Mike did not do this because he does work in other large homes.
We hope Mike will be available on our other jobs needed like our new steps, walkways, fencing and fireplace refacing (which he knew way more about refacing then the companies that sell the stone or the local fireplace repair comps)..
Home size shouldnt matter. As a military family we were shocked that this area does such a disgusting thing by sizing up a home but Mike did not and him and his workers are an original his office staff was also outstanding and diligent and made us feel safe giving them a job in our home and HE WAS KIND IN THIS AREA THATS A RARITY and Now we got job done weve waited years for but due to some bad experiences we were gun shy but HE WAS ABLE TO DO WHAT NO OTHER COULD or WOULD.
MY EXTREMELY OLD ready to bust PRESSURE TANK AND HUGE WATER HEATER WERE ABLE TO STAY IN PLACE. And tho he said he was not sure he could keep the pressure tank one leaving us water because we needed it badly while he was working and taking all other proper precautions just in case there was a tank concern tho there wasnt he left it on and worked around it and all was well.
He came at the time he said he would.
I had an ER run he was trustworthy in our home. Thats huge.
