Comments: Zero stars . I was charged $8725 for a new Goodman. They installed a Payne, which has a serial number belonging at another address and was apparently installed there in early 2023. My electric bill went from $200 to over $600. My Ac is on the roof of a 4 story condo, so I’m sure they thought I would never know. I have photos and verified with Payne that the serial number belongs to them . They do not respond to texts, emails or phone calls. They left the cover off a pipe and water dripped all over the flower. When I had a different company check it out, the tech was furious and tried to call the installer but got no answer. I have filed a complaint with the ROC. I use Ac to the Mac because Select Home Warranty sent them. They only paid $150, because I didn’t have proof of inspection in 2020 during the height of Covid. I had all other years paper work. Do not use either companySun City AZ

Comments: NEVER have these hacks do anything to your house . I went through First American Home Warranty for a repair of my a/c compressor . the installed the unit charged me a huge amount for a service that was not covered under the warranty.. This was my rental unit where no one was there . I had the home inspector check the unit only to find it unable to turn on. empty of Puron and the connection to the unit badly burned . With burn holes to my house form the torch. I called the company only to have them tell me to bad . a 30 day warranty ..SCAM STAY AWAY HACKS BUTCHERS-
