When it’s time for the work to be done, however, I will back off and let the expert take over. He did a good job. Everything done as per code. Good communication and gave me a fair price. My only suggestion is to have him look at the job before getting a price. There are always weird or unexpected things involved in a job that you can’t anticipate until you see it.
