Comments: Contractor principal attempted to charge me high price for trim work. I asked how much would he charge for the work. He gave me a very high price probably thinking I woukd ignorantly accept. Althougj I did not like his tactics, I offered half which I believed to be a fair price. He grudgingly accepted. To test contractor's integrity, I asked what he intended to do with clippings (take with him or leave on curb) knowing that most contractors include taking clippings with them in overall price. He asked how much extra I would pay to remove clippings. I responded clippings should be included in negotiate price and if not I would call someone else. He said he was joking and agreed to take clippings. I permitted the work to proceed because of price and wanted the trimming done but will not use them again.

Comments: AAA did an amazing job removing a large, dead Oak tree from my front yard. They worked efficiently and I was impressed with how they removed the tree. The entire crew worked so hard and they had the job completed in less than 3 hours. The stump was grinded down the next day and they followed up to ensure I was satisfied. My only feedback is that they were 2 hours late and the office didn’t communicate this info to me. The lead on the project apologized profusely when he arrived and again the next day. Would most definitely use them again.
