Work Description: AC repair
Comments: I had hope that my AC repair would go smoothly despite all the negative reviews I found for A1 Austin Appliance Repair and Terrance Drayton.Unfortunately all the negative review is true. Terrance Drayton was sent via Amazon Home Warranty as well. He just showed up to collect the service fee and left without returning again. During the week after he left, he made up many excuses about not receiving replacement part, people already on the way, dropped his phone on the ground... and eventually not answering calls.
Same advice for everyone: Stay away from this company as well as Amazon Home warranty.

Comments: Terrance (T) who I am assuming is the owner, came to my house to look at the refrigerator and told me I needed to replace the compressor. I paid him $75 for the service fee and $289.00 to purchase the compressor. He was supposed to come back to install it as soon as he received it. About a week later he told me he had received it and would come to install it. He kept changing the installation dates and not showing up. He stopped returning my calls or answering my texts. I called another company to check my refrigerator and the issue was not with the compressor. At this point, I believe T does not know what he is doing with Samsung refrigerators. I would not recommend him and definitely I would not pay anything until it was completed.Leander TX

Comments: A very nice man came immediately, very careful to show me what was wrong, said he could fix that day and he did. He had to go and get a part, but came back and repaired my dryer the same day. He is a little hard to understand, but very pleasant and knowledgeable.Austin TX

Comments: Was able to get him out the same day .In 15 minutes he had it fixed. Very impressed with service I received. I will definitely use A1 again, as he works on all appliances. Thanks Terrence for me up & running again.
