Hi I'm Jo-Anne, and I'm in the tranformation and relationship building business.

When clients come to me they are in a transition phase - making a move or alteration in their lives in preparation for something new.

Whether they're planning to put a house on the market, about to move into a new place, wanting a simple update, or preparing to welcome a millenial back into a childhood bedroom, it's all about changing something within their physical environment to align the space with these new goals and expectations.

That's where I come in. Together with my partner and Wicked Crew, I help clients transform their spaces as they transition their lives every (or any) step of the way. From color and design or staging/pre-market readiness consulting, to painting a single room or whole house, handling repairs, popcorn ceiling removal, organizing, adding curb appeal, picking out new light fixtures, finishes, and sourcing elements, decor, and furnishings, to managing & choreographing with other trades, A Wicked Wand can manage your project from start to finish. I'm a licensed home improvement contractor, certified in home staging & redesign, and am also a licensed real estate agent. Creative solutions are my specialty.
