Work Description: Roof Repair - replace flashing with the correct materials
Comments: The gentleman who came to my home was punctual, friendly and courteous. He wanted me to get on the roof(I was in slippers but climbed up over half way to hear his repairman's assessment and recommendation anyway). They we're very kind, reasonable prices and were fully licensed, bonded, and insured which made me feel a lot better. I plan on having the work done within 2 weeks but thank you Mr. Crooks for you timeliness of arriving at my home and writing the estimate; I had another less reputable company that I was going to hire, however the gentleman only return phone calls on sparse occasions and the day that we had agreed to get an estimate on the roof he called me and told me he needed to reschedule. And I understand that things come up and unforeseen circumstances don't always allow us as humans to keep every single appointment that we have. However, this second roofing company(NOT A Roof 4 You") promise to come out on at least two to three separate occasions and always had some complication he had a worker sick he had car trouble you had this year that and the gentleman just never showed up. So it was pretty obvious to me that a roof for you was going to be the company that I was going to be using. I do plan on getting one more estimate just in case to make sure that I'm getting a good deal but I felt very comfortable with Mr. Crooks as he seems very honest I was very straightforward with the pricing and did not try to sell me services that I did not need.
