Comments: Do not trust in any way in this company and in Andre Silva the owner, the estimate he gave me at the beginning was wrong, he has no order to do the work, I showed him errors made in the work he does not correct them, he does not bring material to continue The work, the quality of the texture on the walls, the paint is a crap and the only thing it gives are excuses and it he doesn't fix anything. I gave him a partial payment to start which I put into his pocket. He is a liar, he has no words and stops answering the phone. ANDRE SILVA ITS LIAR !!!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!San Antonio TX

Comments: I see that there are no reviews for this company since 2019. My mother hired Andre and his crew last April 2022. He seemed to really enforce his own ideas and was not to keen on wanting to listen to a 72 yr. old female and a 44 yr. old female. My mother was very specific about the type of wood she wanted to be used and it WASN'T particle board or oriented strand board. We wanted authentic wood. I believe that Andre was trying to cut the cost of materials so that he could come out with a bigger payout for himself. He was extremely difficult to reach by phone, his staff (which I deduced was very limited) would show up past noon on many of the workdays or wouldn't show up at all; they even took a vacation in the middle of the project. The reason for their absence would be because they were working on other projects. If you are limited on staff then only take what you can handle. The paint job on the siding was shoddy, lots of areas weren't completed. They promised to come back to finish and never did. Andre promised to come back for a final inspection but didn't. I wouldn't recommend this company. I suspect that because we were on a limited budget, he didn't want to bother with us. He also quoted us a price and asked for $2,000 over the quote and we never received our money backSan Antonio TX

Comments: I hired A&M Concepts to do the interior and roof of my house. The job was so unprofessional, I filed a complaint with the BBB, Thumbtack and Home Advisors. His company is no longer on their site. He has not returned my calls to fix the problems and considered my concerns a joke. I am hiring an Attorney because he refused to go to arbitration with Thumbtack on my complaints. Do not hire them!San Antonio TX

Work Description: Install High quality laminate flooring 1300 sq ft and tile bathroom floor.
Comments: Andre and his staff removed all the existing flooring, moved the furniture installed all the Laminate flooring and tile through out my home from 10/6 to 10/9 of 2014.Cannot say enough about the quality of both the flooring and the installation. Andre and his staff were excellent to deal with and did a remarkable job.The floor plan of my home is unusual that provided a challenge for the installation and that did not present any issues for Andre. Andre started and finished on the dates we agreed upon, a total of 3 1/2 days with just minor touch ups on day 4. His crew cleaned up after each days work. His prices smashed the competition. Andre's honesty and quality are both reasons why I would not hesitate to recommend A&M Concepts for any flooring renovations. I will use him again for future projects that I have planned. there is only one word that can be used to describe my experience with A&M Concepts, "outstanding"!
