Work Description: Repair Tile Shelf in Shower
Comments: I am writing to let you know that your employee did a great job on the tile work in our Shower. He explained everything he was going to do. He arrived at the appointed time. He worked on the shower and he clean up after himself. The little job took two days, the second day was just grouting and sealing the repairs that he made. He was very thoughtful. My wife has difficulty going up the stairs and when he was finished, he asked her if she wanted to go up and inspect his work. Your employee realizing the difficulty she has, took a photo of the work and showed it to her. The work was completed and she approved of it.When I came home, I sent up and inspected the work and it was perfect. I could not have asked for anything more. If anyone asked me for someone to do Tile Work, I will recommend you. Thanks again for the great work, my wife and I appreciate it.

He has a great eye for detail and assisted me with picking out the items needed to remodel my laundry room and bathroom, he was also considerate about staying in my price range. Work Description: Master Bath Remodel
Comments: We hired Cedric to remodel our Master Bath. Given this was a major remodel, we asked for a drawing and timeline; we couldn’t get either. Day 1 experienced a change order (among other change orders) because he forgot he recommended a frameless shower and had to purchase more supplies. Change Orders required payment immediately. He had primarily 1 person at our home for the majority of the job and rarely showed up. We communicated concerns during the project to no avail. Cedric told his contractor to take his time, which he did, took the money and quit 7-8 weeks into the project. The overall project took 11 weeks, which was too long. Had Cedric showed up to the worksite, things might have gone differently. Our hardwood floors were scratched, damage to our bathroom door, vanity drawer was put in upside down (had to have cabinet guy correct). In the end, Cedric only cared about getting paid.They also used our supplies, towels to clean up and step ladder, which was left with caulk, etc all over. No one cleaned up nor offered to replace.
Cedric will agree to things but if it’s not in the contract, a change order is needed.
We were going to have Cedric remodel our guest bathroom. We asked for verbiage to be added to this contract, such as timebox, professionalism, etc. Cedric did not agree to these items and opted to pass on the job only after contacting us to have his equipment picked up then sending us an email stating he was passing on the job (after receiving confirmation the equipment was in their possession).
Cedric would speak to me, woman of the house, in a degrading manner and even hung up when I called about an issue. He didn’t speak in this same manner to my husband. I also heard him speak to his employees in a degrading manner so understood why the guy quit.
When Cedric passed on our guest bathroom, for an hour, I was dismayed, as I had planned to have this work completed so I could move on to other projects. Low and behold, it was a blessing in disguise. Within 2 weeks, we found someone else but had to wait for the project to begin. In the end, our guest bathroom remodel took 1 month from start to finish with no issues from this new company. The project went so smooth, our neighbors will be using him to remodel their guest bathroom. This other company will be back in the new year (2022) to correct issues in our master bath.
Hindsight being 20/20, Cedric was no cheaper than any other quotes we received.
Cedric, thank you for passing on our guest bathroom. That was the best gift you could have given us.
