Work Description: They told me they fixed it. Pressure tested it and assured me it was repaired. I paid them, called the gas company and it wasn't fixed. I still have a gas leak. Mr. Smith said he would come back out but would have to have more money. I told him I would contact my insurance company. I did but the gas line repair isn't covered by my insurance. I texted Mr. Smith this information and waited for his response. He didn't call me. I contacted your service. You contacted him. He used profanity and said he was getting off the phone. He was angry because I called you. I'm out of $750 and I still have no gas. If the job requires additional work say that. The problem I have is 3 times they told me it was repaired because they had pressure tested the system and it passed. But when the gas company came out right behind them using the same test, it failed. I was lied to, I'm out of $750 and I still have no gas.
