Description: When he first opened the "doors" to A&L Plumbing and Heating back in the fall of 1975, Lewis Ehrlich decided the "key" passed down to him by a hardworking and reputable Bronx plumber- his father Ben- would be the same one used to unlock his second-generation plumbing and heating business. “Really care, care about people and care about the work you do,“ Lewis' dad said. Now, almost 30 years and countless numbers of satisfied A&L customers later, the same philosophy of caring is still the A&L way. As “Lou“ Ehrlich kept on for more than two decades with the ideal taught to him by his dad (“Do the very best job you can and earn someone's trust“), so now does son Paul Ehrlich- the third-generation of plumbing and heating experts to proudly carry on the A&L name- continue in those family "footsteps".
