Comments: What a joke this guy is shows up first day more or or less to collect his payment of half down works maybe 2 hrs and hes gone. Showed up Monday worked maybe 5 hrs. All the time he worked for us he had excuses for being late The Strawberry festival traffic held him and his minions up. He spent the next day looking for a ladder to reach 17 foot ceiling. Then he rented one the next day. Then his sister in law was ill and she had to be taken to Gainesville. Then the next day his truck died. He bought another truck. The next day he had one of his workers drive his old truck that died. This job was started on a Saturday and was supposed to be done Wednesday. By the following Saturday he still wasn't done. Like an idiot I paid him the remaining balance of the bill minus 140.00He promised he he would return Monday. Sent a text and said he wasn't returning. We are still cleaning Gary's mess up. Hey Gary you suck.

We had a long list of items that needed to be done (painting, drywall repair, trim work, new floors, and more). This job was so simple! paint and caulk, 3 days you said..seriously, do you tell everybody that same crap???...The one stars is because you did not finish the painting(the step by the sliding door) and NONE of the caulking...but yet you got all your money..and like Monti and Michelle reviews says..I got no more responses from you Gary. I work hard for my money and to pay you for a job and not have it done is betraying. I'm only writing this review to save others from this dishonest man. Comments: Dan is a picky guy and doesn't understand that to cover a bradnail whole you rub caulk around the perferation.His paint job looks like crap because he's 78 years old and can't see.I took pictures of the chair rail and it was perfect.1 sheet costs 38 dollars.Material alone was 409.55.It took 2 days to complete.As a courtesy we removed wallpaper,retexture said wall,repaired 2 foot long seam that was split open and textured that for free.Materials cost money and if you don't want to spend money don't complain.I charged Dan 930.00 total and he cannot produce any pictures of this "caulk"residue.Mulberry FL

Comments: Upon close inspection before painting I noticed large areas of caulk residue that was not removed. I am now in the process of removing the caulk myself. THEY DID A GENERALLY SLOPPY JOB. Work Description: Exterior House Painting
Comments: We hired Gary to paint the exterior of our home on 5/28/19 under the condition that the home would be finished in 3 days, with half up front and half when the job was completed after a walk around the home was done. None of that ever happened. Gary only came out to spray our home the first day, and did one half while "Jimmy" aka James sprayed the other half and continued to work on the house off an on for 3 weeks. The side that Gary sprayed was horrible. He got overspray all over our gutters, our beautiful outdoor terra cotta tile and the exterior light fixtures, claiming that he had a "really great cleaner" that he would bring by to have Jimmy use to clean it off. Jimmy was able to clean it off our top gutters, but didn't even attempt to get it off of the downspout gutters or the outdoor tiles/light fixtures which are now ruined. This was only the start. The job was NEVER completed. Jimmy came to me saying that he forgot to turn our hose off, and it exploded. He said that he would fix it or bring us a new one. That never happened. He left the hose on for 4 HOURS and ran up my water bill, no apologies no hose. A week in Gary asked for $300 cash for supplies then proceeds to tell my husband and I who insisted we were paying with credit card that he wanted the remainder in cash because he gets charged a fee for credit cards. Not our problem, as this was our only method of payment. Jimmy kept complaining about Gary the whole time saying that he's getting pulled from our job to go on other jobs, and that he really needs us to pay Gary the rest because he needed to get paid, and Gary wouldn't pay him because he just bought a "new black truck" and didn't have the money. The result of Jimmy get pulled off our job to go to other jobs caused missed unfinished areas all over our home. The back steps still need to be painted, the edges on the front trim/back trim are unfinished and they're are spots all over the house that were missed where you can still see the original house color. Our communication was mainly with Jimmy as Gary only came to paint our house day one. I sent Jimmy text messages June 10th, June 12th, June 13th, June 20th and June 26th. He responded with excuses up until the 20th, then he just ignored my texts. Out of frustration after my husband text Gary several times to no response, I called Gary on the June 22nd asking why our home still wasn't finished. The big talker that he is called me "sweetheart" and said "it hasnt been a month yet dear, I have the contract at home" THE JOB WAS SUPPOSED TO BE COMPLETED IN 3 DAYS!!! Long story short my tile is ruined, my exterior lights are ruined, and now my husband and I have to finish our home ourselves- not to mention the outrageous water bill that we had to pay for our hose being left on. I whole heartedly agree with Monti's review as it was similar to our experience. We will be telling everyone we know in the Lakeland community to avoid these guys.Lakeland FL

Comments: I could go on for days about how GREAT these folks are! Our exterior was really deteriorating. The T-111 was rotting, the wooden supports on the sliding glass door had rotted and hadn't been done correctly in the first place. I had painted the front door red (badly).Along came Gary, a real dynamo, and his team of pros. They fixed all my house issues and even sealed some cracks in the block. The carpentry by Jimmy was phenomenal, and the paint they used is FAR SUPERIOR than what we had when we had it done before by a big name company.
The project took a bit longer than planned. You can't paint outside in torrential rain, but it was ON BUDGET and it looks SO AMAZING. I'm proud to pull in my driveway and realize this BEAUTIFUL HOME is mine! If you want a QUALITY JOB done on your home, CALL THESE GUYS. They were a joy to work with!

Comments: Gary quoted a great prices for the project but he never finished the job. He quoted half before start and half after it was finished. I paid Gary half up front then a couple of days later he insisted that I pay the painter before the entire job was done. Gary never came back to my house. I paid the painter $500 for a couple hours of work and Gary never came back. The painter missed several spots along the several edges and around light fixtures. Gary did not back his work. Gary did not answer his phone and is not returning text messages.Gary's laborer and painter both bad mouthed Gary as this was the worse job they have ever seen by him complete. Both his laborer and painter stated that they will not work with him again and there is something wrong with him. Gary personally sprayed and knocked down the texture. Gary over sprayed in several locations and most of the house was not cleaned up.
My wife and I spent a lot of time sweeping, mopping, scrapping plaster off the floors, walls and toilet seat that should have been completed by Gary. Gary was a fast talker that I believed at the time was sincere. He didn't back up his actions with his words. I texted him again and no response. There are still several unfinished items in the house that Gary started but never finished. I guess I'll hire another person to complete or learn to fix those items myself.
