Work Description: A piece of siding trim was blown from the peak of my house. I needed someone with a long ladder to come put it back up.
Comments: They showed up several hours late, after completely disregarding the directions to my house and then being surprised that they ended up almost 20 miles from where they needed to be. I spent a long time on the phone trying to get them here. I should have known right then to just call off the job. When they finally got here, it was time for a smoke and a sandwich. Then the father stayed in the van texting while the son pulled the ladder off the truck and tried to do the repair himself. He could have used some help, and didn't seem to have any experience putting up siding, but the father just sat in the van and yelled at him to get it right. We had to stand out in the rain and watch this guy every second, because otherwise he wouldn't have even put the siding in the correct place. He bent the piece of siding, put in some nails that he had to then take out (more bending, now we have random holes) and the final job has the siding with a large gap at the bottom of the span. When they were finished, the son smoked and the father texted in the van while I waited in the rain to pay them. When I asked for a discount since I had to stand in the rain for an hour to supervise, I was told that the job was "pretty perfect" and "what did I expect." The father shilled for comments twice, asking me to comment here that he was punctual and did a good job. Since I missed my appointment today since you were hours late, punctual doesn't seem to fit. Since the job wasn't well done, don't think I can endorse you there, either.Columbus OH

Work Description: They are painters not really handyman. Had very few tools charged a lot. Did get the job done eventually. Did not clean up
