Comments: Worst service I had to deal withFrom the technician to the office and to communication with the insurance
Had one guy name enrike
Came over
He was checking the area kitchen and dining flooring that was damages and base of he checking was told us that we gonna need to demo flooring area and a cabinet kitchen include kitchen island
We told him whatever I need to be done to fix the problem he know what to do
The day of adjuster arrive he install fans and turn it on to show that " actually dry the floor"
The adjuster approve to demo the area that told by Enrique
And then that's what the nightmare start
The can over to demo the floor of kitchen and dining area only !
And after 60 days
The adjuster still told me that Enrique say the other area dry already and no need to demo it
After 60 days live without flooring on kitchen area and dining area we wait another 30 days so total of 90 days until that 770 company stop to answer and no take care of the job to be completed
90 days we was going back-and-forth with the technician, Enrique without any answer
So I decide to not continue with 770
Since the play with me games back-and-forth to finish the job and left me 3 months without kitchen and dining area
Was hire another person to finish the job
The gonna tell you everything you want to hear on the first day
After that to gonna start job
They're gonna make you struggle and frustrated !!
