Comments: He had two acid wash driveway twice it was so bad and the we decided to paint and epoxy to seal all efflorecence underneath. Still working on job and I very much like the work he is doing.

Work Description: Install or Spread Gravel

Comments: Very nice you g man rubs business. Very hard working also but job delivery of gravel was not satisfactory. Contract was for 160 tons. 120 tons was delivered initially and he advised there was a problem with the gravel company. He came out with a crew and spread the 120 tons. About a week later after various phone calls to him, he came back with his crew and another company delivered gravel. The gravel load was short three tons and the gravel was a different type, much lighter in color. He claimed it was the same, but it is not. Now I have gravel spread with distinct borders from the two shades. Not pleased with it.

I asked what he was going to do about the shortage in gravel and he advised that he would come out by himself in his own truck and bring three more tons and spread and roll the gravel in the unfinished areas. Today, the first day he said he was coming back, we haven’t heard from him , nor did he show up. Job not completed. Don’t know whether he will come back or not.

Comments: Nice person but very undependable about showing up when he says he will. If you can disregard punctuality hire him if that angers you, do not
Customer is a hazard on in the work area. Almost fall in to two different holes and areas for side walk because refusing to stay out of work area. Nice people creates alot of confusion though in communication, due to not being able to understand the Mrs. who is the only one who communicates verbally but refuses to communicate via email so all communication is clear and in writing. Expects as many often do, that because they choose doing business with scam companies who ran away with their money, we are supposed to put up with their complaining, and attributing what others have done to them to us, while we are the ones correcting and making better their former issues with others. Customer wants to be there in the way and interfering which makes it a hazard. Also as many do, attempt to persuade and talk into adding additional labor and materials, yet at no cost to customer. Customer attempted to force us to communicate on many occasions with their neighbor to inform/attribute some sort of contribution to their issue, as well as forcing them to have work done in their yard to benefit the original customer. Expected us to get into the neighbor communication. Nice people, too much of a headache and a hazard. The Mr. was cool stayed inside and away often telling the Mrs. leave them alone and come inside as she wouldn't. The first day talked our ears off for 2 hours prior to allowing us to start even though we continued to attempt to end the conversation and begin, however due to being pleasant and not dismissive, we entertained to our own time detriment for the day. Problem Customers, these are the image and model of some who can be problem customers.
