Comments: We submitted a claim through our warranty 2 weeks ago.. he was supposed to come out Thursday. WE had to call and ask about our scheduled appointment and he stated he had allot on his “plate” and needed to reschedule us for Friday.. Friday came.. no call, no show.. NOTHING.
