Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Our trade truly is an art in our opinion. Most labor jobs in construction become overbearing and repetitive, but in our industry we are ever changing and evolving. No two floors are the same. Anytime you can continue to be on your toes over 5 years is a great thing. We love what we do and the network of clients and friends we continue to build.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. I think the biggest question we get is about the process. Its never a specific question as much as a broad variety of questions to help understand how things work from start to finish. We do our very best to educate our customers on a job-to-job basis. Our goal is not to sell our customers. We simply explain the process and value of our service. If our clients feels comfortable and trusts the project manager, they will purchase our service.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I wish customers knew the amount of knowledge, professionalism, and hard work that goes into our line of work. Despite what it may seem at times, our industry is very skilled with a focus on the small things. If you don't understand the job your doing from the inside out then its very easy to make mistakes. Because we are in the service industry, we are aware that you cannot please everybody.
