Comments: Hi,I own a home in the Granbury area that my elderly mother lives in that needed some work. The 4XTream team came in and were very professional and very accommodating to my mother, she enjoyed them while they were there. I was very impressed to see the owner, Kenneth Patton, stopped by to inspect the quality of workmanship provided by his crews. One time in particular he wasn't satisfied with the work performed on my mother's back porch; therefore, he required his team to remove and replace the material previously used at no cost to my mother.
Furthermore, I had questions concerning the integrity of my roof. Upon his inspection he was very honest and forthcoming suggesting it only needed minor repairs instead of trying to up-sell and install a brand new roof. A quality that is very hard to find in today's society. Needless to say, I am more than pleased, but more importantly my Mom is very happy with their work and end results. As we all know, "If Momma ain't happy, nobody is happy".
So, if your looking for an honest and trustworthy company and individual I defiantly recommend him.

Comments: I have personally used 4XTream for my roofing needs as well as my general contracting needs. I was extremely pleased with their meticulous attention to detail from the personalized spreadsheet explaining my insurance coverage to making sure every last piece of debris was removed from my yard and pool when my roof was complete. They have always been prompt, responsive, and professional. It made what would normally be a stressful process both smooth and efficient.

Work Description: General renovations
Comments: A complete nightmare working with this company. Were supposed to finish in two weeks. Three months later work is not remotely complete and they are nowhere to be found. Appalling craftsmanship, terrible customer service. Blamed us for their tardiness, and damage they caused. Charged us over 1k to put a tarp over the chimney that according to them was leaking, used nails (seriously) to hold the tarp damaging existing shingles and then they expected us to pay extra to fix what they damaged, “peak of realiable roofing”... please save yourself money, time and a huge headache and don’t let the matching color tees fool you. These guys are a real nightmare to wrk with.
